The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is an evidence-based lifestyle intervention designed to prevent and facilitate the reversal of common lifestyle diseases. The program has generated over 40 published scientific papers showing a measurable impact on clinical results.

Chronic diseases are long-lasting conditions requiring ongoing medical attention. They often lead to gradual deterioration of health and loss of independence. They include a range of diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, obesity and certain cancers.

The History of CHIP

Since its launch in 1988, CHIP has provided positive health outcomes for tens of thousands of participants at risk of or suffering from diagnosed lifestyle chronic diseases.
As a side benefit many participants see improvements in energy, mood, sleep, resilience, libido, stress, digestion and weight management, along with a decrease in medication and medical procedures.
